Definition:

A term that identifies the level of accessibility to an item (e.g., viewing copy, service copy, master, archival master).

Definition:

Suggestive Mark

Definition:
A word, picture, or other symbol that suggests, but does not directly describe, something about the goods or services in connection with which it is used as a mark.

Trade Dress

Definition:
The totality of elements in which a product or service is packaged or presented, such as the shape and appearance of a product or container, or the cover of a book or magazine.

First-To-File

Definition:
The first person/entity to file an application for a patent receives the patent no matter who was the first to invent the invention.
